Materail Booking

Book the corrugated display material according to the approvded sample, Booking the right size cardboard display material.

Printing

According to the artwork, We adjust the color (CMYK,Spot colors etc) and print it match it with the artworks as close as we can. To print the display stands looks amazing and help increase promotion.

Surface Treatment (Lamination, Varnish, Gold&Silver Stamp ......）

Follow the surface treatment glossy&matte lamination or varnish, or gold, Silver foil stamp etc to help make the paper display looks more attractive to help the sales.

Mounting

Mounting the CCNB , white card etc paper to the corrugated flute paper together

Beering

Cut the shapes out according the dieline needed

Gluing-Handworking

Glue the parts together, This is the mostly important processing for the cardboard FSDU stands, Our factory have rich experience with good comments

Packing

Packed the glued display stand parts into the shipper, Ensure to protected them well during shipping.
